The elected president, or the appointed judiciary? Obviously, the Judicial branch thinks they do.
How much more hamstringing of the President will he (and, for that matter, WE) allow?
At what point are the courts powers at their limit? I agree, should Mr Trump do something Unconstitutional or illegal, then yes, a court should have the power to stop him. But what is illegal ab9ut tariffs? (or, for that matter, enforcing our immigration laws?)
At some point this illegal use of judicial power has to stop….and the judges that are illegally making rulings such as the above need to be reviewed and, ultimately, discharged for overstepping their authority.
What happens if the current president follows the precedent of the previous one (or at least what were were told was the previous president) and simply ignores the courts?
