Although, I think it is more than incompetence here, some other pressure is being applied. It is the only thing that I can find to explain the failure…..

Useta be that you could only buy real, nutritious, food with food stamps. I hope that this idea spreads, Ideally, no prepared foods, no sugary drinks, no baked goods, no frozen pizza or “lunchables”, etc. Just meat, cheese, vegetables and pasta and suchlike.
