“We won’t show you who is committing crimes”

Because then it will reinforce the racial stereotypes we are trying to get rid of, and demonstrate the behaviors we are trying to hide….

Bay Area Rapid Transit won’t release surveillance videos of crimes committed on Public Transportation.

They didn’t want you to know the truth then, and they don’t want to tell you the truth today

We all know. We know what crimes are committed by what racial and cultural groups.

We know, when a crime is reported, which group is likely was that committed it.

But this shows what we all have known for years. The folks in power think they can hide the truth from you.

At some point, some other group is gonna stop caring if they are called racist for pointing out who commits the crimes, especially in cities.

It ain’t like we don’t already know….

Get rid of them

So one thing that DOGE has demonstrated is that our legislators, both Representatives and Senators,  have been failing in their jobs for many years, failing to spend the monies they take (via the IRS) from their constituents in a wise manner.

DOGE has demonstrated, over and over, that USAID and many other departments have essentially squandered BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars on useless, wasteful things….Things that really don’t help anyone, either US citizens or people in other countries…..(Of course, they many well be enriching some folks who work for, or who are connected to, USAID and other Governmental (and NON-Governmental) organizations….

But it was, and is, Congress that authorized their budgets without any oversight. Billions of dollars wasted, squandered,….Money that the US government Did Not Have and instead had to borrow. Money that we, as a nation, have to now pay interest on.

Every Single Congressman (and woman) needs to be held accountable for allowing our money to be spent….foolishly. Millions for “Transgender puppet shows” in Afghanistan did not in any way help the Citizens of the US, nor Afghanistan.  Tens of millions to enhance the quality of rugs exported from Venezuela were not taxpayer funds well spent.

Of course, one wonders exactly how much of that taxpayer money returned to the folks in Congress…either directly, as a Bribe, or indirectly, employing family members or other folks connected to the Congressmen (in Ghost Jobs or “Consultations”). Either way, they, the folks that authorized the spending without any supervision or oversight, need to be removed from office. All Of Them.

Will the American People do that? I honestly doubt it.

But they should.

Yesterday:

“So you are ok with tens of thousands of government employees losing their jobs? ”

My reply,: “It’s a good start, I’d be happy with hundreds of thousands of Federal employees losing their jobs….Most are unneeded and unproductive”.

Funny how Canada backed down on the Electricity price hike….

I think cooler heads prevailed there in our Northern neighbor…

The electricity market is such that the states could have, at least at this time, bought power from elsewhere,, making the price increase moot.

Canada needs to sell the power somewhere, as it is mostly hydropower, and turning off the turbines is a difficult task that can, in some cases, cause damage to them… They’d rather not do that.

They REALLY don’t wanna fight the US.

Typical reason people hate government workers and the agencies they work for….They had to know and simply didn’t care enough….

It took 67 people dying before they would do anything, despite the other incidents.

They had to know there was a problem, or they simply weren’t bothering to look at the incident reports….Why bother making reports if no one was gonna do anything with the data? Controllers had complained before about the helicopter flight paths, but NO ONE DID ANYTHING.

No-one at the FAA or the NTSB cared until people died.

National Transportation Safety Board Chairwoman Jennifer Homendy laid out frightening statistics about near misses to underscore the danger that has existed for years near Ronald Reagan National Airport and expressed anger that it took a midair collision for it to come to light.

In just over three years, she said, there were 85 close calls when a few feet (meters) in the wrong direction could have resulted in the same kind of accident that happened Jan. 29 when the military helicopter collided with an American Airlines jet over the Potomac River as the plane was approaching the airport.
