Folks are moving large sums and there is apparently a sudden shortage of Cash. ATMs are out….

Several major banks have suddenly gone offline.

As an aside, it you have the ability, keep a decent amount of cash at home or in another easily accessible secure place. Small(er) bills are better.

So the Sandy Hook families finally got (somehow, I’m not an attorney) a way to pull some money from Remington (Bushmaster) for the use of one of it’s (stolen) firearms in the Sandy Hook School shooting ….Somehow the misuse of a firearms is the fault of the manufacturer…..

73 million dollars….but it “isn’t about the money” but rather about punishing the Gun Companies..

I will believe that when , after the attorneys fees are paid, the remainder is given to charities and not taken by the “Families of the Victims” . It’s not like the kids were a part of the families income, so any monies paid are punitive in nature.

So does this mean that someone can sue GM if I steal a Corvette and run people over?  Seems that way to me…..

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has taken the unprecedented step of invoking the Emergencies Act to crack down on anti-vaccine mandate protests.

I somehow doubt that this is what the “Emergencies Act” was designed for.

He’s running scared.

Perhaps we need something (a freedom movement) like this in the US as well.

If you aren’t leaving RIGHT NOW, then you are an even bigger idiot. If you had not begun winding up your affairs in Ukraine a month or more ago, then too bad.

You should not expect “Rescue”. You should expect to be trapped like the rest of the Citizens of Ukraine. The difference is that they are already home. Most have nowhere else to go…….. you do, but are too stupid to go there.

By evening, parliament speaker Trevor Mallard had come up with a new plan to make the protesters uncomfortable: using a sound system to blast out vaccine messages, Barry Manilow songs and the 1990s hit Macarena on a repeat loop.

How dare the serfs complain to their betters. Do something to get those smelly peasants off the lawn, willya?

But what keeps citizens, in cars or trucks (or farm or construction equipment, if it comes to that) from simply re-occupying the bridge?

Or, for that matter, simply “Slow Rolling” the bridge? Say every car or truck only moves at 5 mph, crosses the bridge, and returns back to Canada and does it again?

How much actual shipping traffic would still move if the bridge were jammed with slow rolling cars (and perhaps a LOT of them have “mechanical” issues or flat tires to further reduce the flow)?

Just sayin’.

Words like “Duty” and “Honor” mean something.

If you want respect, officers, you gotta be worthy of it. Are you?

Report from Ottowa are that the bridge is being cleared. It’s a good thing that the people of Ontario are decent and don’t want to harm police, as a single line of policemen are keeping the supporters at bay.

It is a shame that the police are following illegal and immoral orders, but cops do follow orders. SO far, no one hurt or arrested (yet).

In other news, it appears that there are other, similar protests, in Germany other parts of Europe, and Australia.

Folks are getting tired of the bullshit, the lies, and the restrictions.

I just hope no one is hurt in these protests. Ultimately, I don’t think they will accomplish much…at least not in the short term. Elections will, however, and that will be the deciding change.
