Not what you expect from Frat Boys

But, apparently, despite the image, there is a streak of patriotism in the Fraternity system:

Patriotic frat boys valiantly protected an American flag on the campus of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill even while being pelted by water bottles from pro-Palestine protestors.

Footage emerged on social media showing the group of male students from the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity holding onto the stars and stripes during a Tuesday protest. Pro-Palestine groups lobbed bottles of water at the group who clutched the flag as they were screamed at by masked protestors.

Maybe it was  a put up job, maybe they were really doing it. I dunno. But it does appear that they were protecting the flag.

The protesters who pull down the American Flag and put up a “Palestinian” flag? Yeah, they should be allowed to go to Gaza and live there. But since their loyalties are not to the US, they should not get any US money to go to school, either.

We thought we could do whatever we wanted and the police would protect us!

So the Pro-Palestine folks at UCLA were dismayed to find out that the police wre not gonna get involved in the violence between the protesters and the counter protesters until the cops had enough personnel on hand to handle the issue properly.

Sadly, it took about 2 hours to get the cops ready. The palestine folks had to deal with the opposing side themselves for that time

“The community needs to feel the police are protecting them, not enabling others to harm them,” Rebecca Husaini, chief of staff for the Muslim Public Affairs Council, said in a news conference

Several students who spoke during the news conference said they had to rely on each other, not the police, for support as they were attacked,

I guess they learned a hard lesson. The cops are there to protect the public, not the troublemakers. And they have no obligation to to protect anyone.

Question:

Are they gonna charge the folks they pulled out of the (trashed) buildings that were occupied by the Pro-Hamas protestors at Columbia and CUNY?

It appears that there are, literally, MILLIONS of dollars of damage done. Are the “Occupiers” gonna be forced to pay a share of the repair costs?

Are they gonna split that bill amongst the “Occupiers”? If not, why not? Who pays for the damage?

Re these kids gonna see some real jail time? (Or will their rich and influential parents intervene and help keep ’em out of jail and the court system?)

“Then Let them eat cake”

I guess when yer worth upwards of 2 billion dollars life looks pretty good all the way around.

And if yer so insulated from the rest of the population, then you can’t see the struggle caused by rising prices and stagnant wages.

So then everything looks rosy from up there, high on the mountaintop.

JP Morgan’s CEO has come under fire for claiming average Americans are in ‘pretty good shape’ financially, despite soaring inflation and stagnant interest rates crippling household budgets.

Now, I will say what I said to a complaining acquaintance, however: If you daily consume an $8.00 coffee and eat out for lunch ($20+), instead of brewing coffee at home or at work and bringing a lunch, then if you are broke you are part of the problem…And if you always have the latest smartphone and a new car and the latest styles then your life isn’t really that hard….

But to say that the average American is “pretty well off” is missing the issue and losing the big picture.

Another reason for the Second Amendment:

An example of why:

So: Irish villagers oppose “migrant” settlement camps in their area. The Irish government doesn’t care.

The Garda chose to use force, even though there was no violence offered, just a peaceful protest.

They beat and pepper sprayed the village people, then went on a rampage in the village itself.

No matter if the use-of-force was approved or not, the fact is that because the Gardai were able to use such force, uncaring if it was witnessed by the media, and fully aware that no one could oppose it…after all, the Gardai had guns, and other weapons, the villagers had nothing. At worst ,they were following order from above, at best they were simply thugs with uniforms and guns who got out of control.  Either way, the disarmed and weaponless people were unable to resist.  The Gardai had no fear of retribution for their actions. When you have the only means of force, it becomes easy to be a tyrant.

Try that in a small town in the US.  Or even a not-so-small town.

Most especially don’t try it in MY small town.

People who do this should be beaten with a broomstick.

And then maybe abandoned 50 miles from a town with only clothing…no food or water either.

I’ll volunteer to do the beating. I’ll even supply the stick.

Heartbreaking moment confused three month-old puppy chases after owners after being dumped out of car and abandoned in mobile home park

This seems to be a thing in California lately..

You know, it’s bad enough when you abandon a fully gown dog, but a puppy?

Can’t even be bothered to take it to an animal shelter?

These folks should have their names posted…be outed for their cruelty. Faces shown on television. I mean, in both the instances in the article, the license plates could easily have been read if they had not been blurred before publication.

Out these people. Demonstrate what kind of people they are.

Tired of the mismanagement

Tired of paying for others.

Tired of being used.

Tired of the Crime.

Louisiana Supreme Court says that the (mostly white) City of St George can split from Baton Rouge….Leaving the old city wondering how they will pay the bills.

Of course, the (relatively) wealthy citizens of St George wanting to not to have to pay for the other residents of Baton Rouge is somehow “Racist”…..

The blacks want to run the city, but they want the white man’s money to run it with.

should be a lesson:

Not that I am cheering that cops got killed, mind you. I think it is a tragedy.

But once again, the police get a lesson on what can happen when one determined individual with any decent firearm skills chooses to resist.

Four officers were killed in a shooting while attempting to serve a warrant at a home in Charlotte, North Carolina, including one deputy US marshal and two local task force officers, authorities say.

One guy, 4 cops, 4 others injured.

When the citizens decide to fight back, the equation changes.

Notice that it was the US Marshalls service. They are nearly as arrogant and inept as the ATF folks. It is entirely possible that they are the reason things went pear-shaped. Each and every Marshall that I have met was his own problem waiting to happen.

Thousands Standing Around

The TSA let them get to the boarding gate……and then Delta let them get onto the plane.

Security Theater.

No one caught the SIX people that got past TSA and then got onto a Delta flight from Atlanta to Los Angeles.

How did they get past the TSA? There are supposed to be lists from the airlines that show who is ticketed on what airline. Name, flight number, etc. The TSA is SUPPOSED to check when you present yourself for screening at the checkpoint. This step is designed to prevent exactly this occurrence. But the TSA failed.

Oddly, 6 people were able to get past that point.

Then those 6 people boarded the airliner. Going past the Delta gate agent with (apparently)  fake boarding passes.

So much for security.

Look: I am all for having security…if it is, indeed, actual EFFECTIVE security. But if it is just another civil service job that accomplishes nothing (think Department of Education, or the Department of Energy), then why are we wasting our time and money?

Why are we wasting our time in the airports and all of the taxpayer money for the TSA if this sort of Fail can happen?…Not once, but 6 times ON THE SAME FLIGHT.

I mean, apparently all across the country the TSA is not bothering to look in luggage, as evinced by the (currently) 4 people who :accidentally” made it onto flights to the Turks and Caicos with ammunition in their bags. Once, perhaps, I can see, but 4? from 4 different locales? Through 4 different airports?

Perhaps they really are the Thousands just Standing Around.

Not protestors, just actors

The News Media is Very Carefully NOT mentioning this:

It’s all an act. That is becoming more and more apparent. Just a play, a production.

So the anti-israel protestors are being paid to protest.

Also, apparently they are being fed and Soros backed agencies are buying the tents and even their clothing. Plus cash payments to actually protest. And food.

This isn’t a real protest, it is a stage play. Complete with sets and costumes.

As more and more details get out, the truth is not pretty. Bet you won’t see the MSM telling you this while they sensationalize the arrests and the protests on the 5 o’clock news.
