So at the Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest some asshole jumps up on stage.
The “authorities” figured out who the shooter was fairly quickly…..
They only had a vague description of the guy… really vague..
Yet they were able to come up with a name fairly rapidly….
From Digital Media clues (or so it is reported in the press conferences).
How did they do so so quickly? If there were suspicions, then why not do something beforehand?
If there weren’t, then how did they get the clues to figure out that it was him? Is there a search engine that does this? some sort of algorithm? If there is, then why isn’t it used to identify people who might have such plans beforehand?
Or were they pointed in his direction…..?

They caught the “Person of Interest” in the Highland Park shooting less than 16 miles away from the scene of the crime that he allegedly committed.
Robert Crimo III was apprehended at approximately 18:30. The crime happened at approximately 10:15 AM.
And yet he only made it about 16 miles.
Either he is innocent, or he was programmed to do the deed and had no plan for after (or was told he would be picked up and taken away).
Either way, this fits the profile posted below…….

You know, their lives, their fortunes, their sacred honor…..
Some lost their lives, and their fortunes.
Apparently from a rooftop….
Suspect is a white male,18-20 Years Old, slight build with longish black hair.
I expect that he will fit the profile. Known to the police, disaffected, loner, probably on (or just recently off of) one of the psychotropic drugs….Probably having been in contact with a Fed some persons on some internet room or Facebook…..who were “concerned” about his rantings, but did nothing and said nothing….
Expect that he will have used an Ar-15 type rifle (odd that they are all AR-15’s, when there are so many other “High Capacity Assault Rifles” out there, but it is always an AR…)
There is a pattern to this. Generally these types of folks fit the above profile. Chances are he was “handled: by someone….Not sure what agency, but still.
My condolences to the (approximately, as the story is developing) 20 people shot and to the families of the (currently as of posting) 6 people killed.
Note that this was, again, in what was essentially a “Gun Free Zone” in the greater Chicago area. Carry permits are hard to get and the gun control is strong. Funny how that works, innit?
But please, remember WHY we call it Independence Day.
It ain’t just the “4th of July”.
No enjoy your hot dogs and other stuff.
By people with firearms (Military Grade weapons at the time, BTW, and civilian owned as well)…Who would not submit to the orders and taxation of the Crown….and refused to be disarmed.
And just said “No!”
If only one side had guns you’d be a subject of the Crown.

On the 2nd, the final vote took place. Independence was approved.
Some say the second is the real independence day, but the announcement was on the 4th of July, 1776….the day our country was founded and came into existence…the day the United States was born. Tomorrow we shall celebrate that day.
