We all know the answer. He should be fired and disbarred. But he won’t be.

Is the “gag Order” imposed on Donald Trump legal?

If so, how is it legal? Under what statutes?

He’s not defaming anyone, he’s speaking an opinion.

How is squelching free speech outside of the courtroom legal, even for a judge in a trial?

All the Liberals, that were fervent supporters of BLM, are now backing away after they came out in support of Hamas.

I mean, even the most liberal misfits of bloggers has (once again) changed her standards because of this. Gone from a fervent supporter of BLM because black people are so poorly treated and downtrodden  and shot by cops at such a high rate and all that folderol to  “Oh, Hell no” after their support of the atrocities by Hamas. Funny how that works with Liberals, innit?

One would hope that the jewish folk would take a good, long look at who supports Hamas and who doesn’t, and remember that in the future.

So the cops show up on a warrant search. (all good so far)

While there, they somehow find a deer that was raised as a fawn after her mom was hit by a car. Deer has been staying around rather than leave…. Decide to shoot the deer “because it was domesticated” and “regular people can’t have a deer as a pet”.

So they shot the deer. How is this better for anyone? It certainly isn’t for the deer, or the people of the neighborhood…Why didn’t the cops (as WE are so often told we should do) go through the courts?

This is the sort of incident where the community should come together and beat a solution, if you know what I mean.

I mean, when one leaks hundreds of tax returns for wealthy individuals (especially Donald Trump!) then of course the DOJ would let him go with as little penalty as possible. That’s how our two tiered justice system works, innit? You are either one of the favored or you are one of the punished. He did the Liberal /Democrat world a favor, and is thus rewarded with a sentence as light as possible.

In a just world he’d be in jail for tens of years, and his worldly possessions would be forfeit.. But that’s not how the Department of Justice really works, is it?

The thing is, those media outlets who published the data should also be liable….and they haven’t been touched, as far as I know.

(apparently the Doc wasn’t feeling well).

So I had the afternoon free.

I chose to go to the beach. Weather was 60 degrees with a wind from the south(ish). Perfect “walk the beach” weather. (Yes, ladies, some guys really do like Long Walks on the Beach…)

I took a backpack, some grocery bags for trash pickup, a bottle of water and a sweatshirt.

By the time I was 100 yds down the beach the sweatshirt was in the backpack. It was nearly perfect, weather-wise. I hadn’t been on that particular beach in nearly 6 months. Central beach, just west of Michigan City, if you care to know. Last time I was there the beach was about 50 feet wide (if that) in most places. This time it was easily 150 YARDS wide. Such are the vagaries of wind, current and tide.

Picked up a bit of beach glass, communed with the Gods, and relaxed a whole bunch. Surprisingly, there was nearly no trash to pick up.  But the walk was good, Very good. Like a walk in the woods for some folks, a walk on the beach helps me recharge and relax.
