Thing is, he’s really suing the city…..He needs to be able to sue Mr. Bragg PERSONLLY. Until such behavior hurts the individuals directly, then it is merely symbolic for them.

With the amount of “Migrants”…single men who sport gang/Cartel tattoos being allowed over the southern border, we can expect similar levels of violence in our more Blue cities…especially ones where the black and other latino gangs’ aready control the drug trade.

It’s bad enough in places like Philadelphia, LA,  and Chicago’s South Side where the black drug gangs war against each other or occasionally against a rival latino gang. It’ll get worse once these new cartel linked men get together and start pushing for territory and volume.

The latest example of this is the National Cathedral: Where stained glass windows were replaced with “Racial Justice” themed windows, replacing some confederate generals removed in 2017…..

The Back Movement, in fact Black People, never build their own monuments, they never spend their own money, they simply take over an existing monument, one paid for and placed by whites, and then finagle their own modifications, generally paid for by whites, not blacks.

You’ll never see, at least in the United States,  a monument paid for, designed by, black people, built by blacks, on property paid for by black people. It is always a rewriting of history on a monument paid for and built by whites.

These agents should be booted out of the Border Patrol….Not “allowed to Retire”. Booted from Federal Service and barred from ever working in any capacity for the Federal Government ever again.

Are these people Border Patrol or the Welcome Wagon? Is there job to protect the border or to welcome illegals into the US? Let anyone in if they look pathetic enough?

Are they unaware that the idea is to keep them from crossing?

Look: I still don’t want Trump as the only choice for President. But at some point one has to stand for something.

2 points: The price of a piece of real estate is determined by the buyers and the sellers at the time of sale, really. Anything else is simply a guess. It is the actual sale price that determines the value at the time of payment.

If he got loans on the real estate, and the banks did not do an assessment, that’s on the banks, not Trump.

This is again an example of Lawfare…the weaponizing the prosecutors and the judges against an opponent….and, honestly, it is making a mockery of our Justice System. This judge isn’t even PRETENDING to be impartial…..Enough of this. The excuses are wearing thin, and it is beginning to become clownish and embarrassing to those of us who believe in the rule of law.

If our justice system cannot dispense Justice, then what use is it? Why should I follow the law if it can be used against me even if I do all the right things? Why should I submit to the limitations our laws place upon us if there is no justice…. if the law can be perverted by judges such as this for political gain? Do we even have a system of law anymore if one party can pervert it to persecute a threat?

If we have no law, then we have anarchy. We are no better a country than a place like Liberia.

Enough.

I mean, I can’t see the Amish….Nor the Koreans, the Mexicans, the Canadians, the Swedish, the Eyetalians, the Greeks, the Russians……none of them are participating in the redistribution efforts.

All I see is people of African descent looting and pillaging and stealing. 

Where is the affirmative action? The DEI folks, Where is the inclusiveness? Were the others invited? If not, why not? I mean, we all want equality, right?

So a man has a loud party at his house and in his back yard.

Neighbors complain.

He ignores them.

One neighbor sprays water over the fence to make them go away.

No big deal, right?

Of course, this is outrageous, because the party thrower is black and his objecting neighbor is white, so it must be racism.

These people have obviously never been on the receiving end 0f a firehose, rather than a simple garden hose. Being sprayed with water is not the same as being pummeled by a firehose. But black makes right, am I correct? Couldn’t just be that the neighbor was tired of the noise and, after trying to resolve it peacefully, took other means to do so..

I am betting that this is not the first time there has been a complaint, either.
