Watching the commercials

For politicians in Chicago (I am in Indiana, but get  mostly Chicago over the air stations).

Somehow, questioning the Federal Funding given to Planned Parenthood gets conflated to “Attacking “Womens Health”” and “Denying a woman’s “right to choose””…

Whoever does the voice over inn the ads does a nice job., I gotta say that. But the fact that the ad exists ndn is played frequently makes a point about Rush Limbaugh’s “low information voter…

I don’t have a dog in the hunt, as I live in another state…But I find it educational, in a bizarre way. There are other ads, all of which twist the truth a bit (I actually took the time to check) that also make the point.

Gullibility

Are women really that gullible, that the DNC thinks that it can sway their votes with the accusations they have “trumped up” about Trump?

Are they really that stupid, that they would think that some woman sat on the fact that she was essentially assaulted by a Millionaires, during the 90’s, when all a woman had to do was cry to get a settlement, would say nothing for 20+ years…until weeks before a presidential election in which the Millionaire was a candidate….and that there is no collusion when in the same week 8 or more accusations are made?

Or are most women so emotionally distraught and damaged by their experiences with predatory men that they are unable to think with logic and can only react emotionally…..

One wonders. Apparently the DNC thinks they are that stupid and gullible…even those who I might have called intelligent…even if they were misguided liberals.

I find it hard to believe that any woman with an IQ high enough to let them drive and work in any job beyond a McDonald cashier level can believe the accusations against Trump this late in the game….or that the accusations were anything but planned and orchestrated.

Strangely, most of the women I know are smarter than that….whether they like Trump or not.

Prediction:

I predict that approximately one month after President Clinton takes office there will be another mass murder of women and children,,,probably young disabled children by a early 20’s white man wielding an assault rifle….

The man, who will have a troubled past, will be on heavy doses of prescription psychoactive drugs. There will, again, be great and disturbing discrepancies in the media/government story about what happened…But the media will gloss over them in their attempt to shock us with the tragedy of all those young deaths.

Immediate calls for the confiscation of “Assault weapons” will happen.

Also a ban on any magazine holding more than 5 rounds because “you don’t need any more than that to hunt”….and that would somehow have stopped the murderous perpetrator……But the Meme will be loud and repeated often by the MSM….

Also a tax of $1.00 per round of pistol and rifle ammunition.

When Congress balks, President Clinton will do so by “Executive order”….Congress will stay mute.

Compliance will be less than 15%

From there? Who knows?

You heard it here third…

Buy your firearms and ammo if you haven’t (and if you haven’t, then you are a fool, and it is gonna cost you) before the elections, ’cause after that, chances are you are won’t be able to afford either.

Y’know

Again, I’m not a fan of Trump. I think that there are a LOT of better possible candidates…Just none that got the RNC nod.

Ok, but he was the winner of the Republican Primary. The choice of the people (Republican voters, that is…) Chosen by the voters as the Republican candidate.

Now, back in 2012 and 2008, the RNC wanted us to support THEIR candidate. McCain in 2008 and Romney in 2012…Remember? Put the Party above all else. Vote for the RNC candidate…..Support the Party’s choice…..

Many of us did. We held our nose, and voted for the Republican Candidate. Grudging support, but we did it.

And what do we get in return? When the people of the Party chose someone that WASN’T the choice of the RNC leadership (Not that I think it was a GOOD choice, mind you, but it was the choice of the Party members) ?

Yeah, No support for him. Lukewarm at best, damaging words and half-hearted.

And they want OUR support? Our contributions? Our help?

I’ve not helped, in any way except my vote, for the past two elections. And until they change leadership, change their attitude, change their ways….I won’t. Were it not for the fact that I fear a Hillary Presidency, I’d not vote at all. For me, the RNC has destroyed the Party….Or at least the pretense that I was a part of it.

I expect the same sort of loyalty to the members from the RNC that they ask from those same members….and I think that I am not alone in my wishes.

Fuck ’em.

RINO

I don’t like Trump (I like Hillary less)… But Ryan has shown, with his dismissal of Trump over some statements made many years ago, that he is not deserving of my support for Speaker.

In fact, since he has to be all PC and such, his fitness for any position is suspect.

Nope. No voter fraud.

you really should watch this, if you haven’t seen it.

In Chicago, the dead vote.

Apparently in New York, you just have to show up,

Vote early, vote often, as the saying goes.

One wonders if they would be Democrat controlled, if the real vote were to happen cleanly.

And this is a Democrat …Commissioner of the board of elections, New York City.

Bummer:

Via Tam, I find that Brock Yates has passed.

I grew up reading his prose, and the magazine he edited…Car and Driver. I learned a lot from those glossy pages, and they opened up a world of dreams(at least half of the dreams, anyway) that most young boys have….Fast cars driven well and to their limits.

Somewhere, I have his autograph, from meeting him at the Indy 500 time trials in the late 80’s or  early 90’s. He was a nice guy to a young geeky man….he had class. Made me feel good about myself. Nobility is another good word.

This world is a lesser place with his passing.

“It doesn’t happen in locker rooms”

Bullshit.

These Politically Correct wimps athletes are lying.

Or they are so pussy whipped that they just can’t admit it. Either way, I doubt that anyone really believes the meme that the press is pushing.

Apparently I hang out with more manly men than these professional athletes.

We, at least, admit it.

Women are worse when they think they are alone, sometimes, actually.

ETA: If there is a man out there who claims he has NEVER said anything like that, I will call him a liar.
