Just the fact that we have the term “Judge Shopping” tells us that there is something terribly wrong with our judicial system….

In an ideal world, we should be able to go to any judge, at any level, and get the same results at any time, based on things like…you know, laws and the Constitution, The fact that that is not true tells us all we need to know…:That our judicial system is broken, biased, and political. Unless, and until, we get judges that are actually impartial, we don’t have anything but mob rule, really.

That the judicial Judge shopping by the establishment, the Democrats, and the Liberals and the resulting edicts against Trump that are subsequently overturned are undermining our respect for the law, and the structure that upholds it.

At one time, judges were judicial….they heard arguments and then judged them based upon law and other case precedents.

Now we have judges, at many levels, that obviously base their “judgements” on personal politics and beliefs….these are generally overturned by higher courts….But what this does is undermine the trust in our judicial system. If every lower court is overturned by higher courts nearly every time, why should anyone follow the edicts of the lower courts?

At what point are political judges punished for their (most obviously) politically motivated decisions? How many cases being overturned should we allow before the judges are removed as unfit?

Add in that the Democrats never seemed to bother to follow a court’s edicts anyway, and we have an entirely undermined judicial and court system.

Y’know, if anyone really cared about the hijacking of the Presidency  (I.E. the use of the “Autopen” by the folks running the Oval Office while Joe Biden was “President”), then there would be an investigation, questions would be asked, Joe Biden himself would have to testify that h did, indeed intend to sign for each of the things his autopen signed….

And our Senators and Congressmen would be DEMANDING that investigation…Loudly and repeatedly, until it happened.

There would be actual hearings, not the shows that they put on for “Congressional Investigations”….

And there would be some people whose pardons, and other presidential orders, should be and would be ….revoked as invalid…and people might (and should) go to jail.

But so far? {crickets} I have seen nothing. No calls for any investigations, no demands that Mr. Biden even acknowledge that he knew what he was “Signing”….if he did indeed sign.

Where are our Representatives and Senators?

IF they aren’t doing their jobs, then one might ask if they are complicit in this debacle.

Yes, it is staged, yes it is a bunch of actors. Part of a movie…No, I don’ think some of those countries named are “Free”….

If we drove out the Woke, the Liberals, Silenced the Karens and the fearful, and those that think that they are owed something by the rest of us just because they exist….and if we fixed the education system, it could again be as great as it once was.

The elected president, or the appointed judiciary? Obviously, the Judicial branch thinks they do.

A federal court on Wednesday ruled that President Donald Trump overstepped his authority to impose sweeping tariffs that have raised the cost of imports for everyone from giant businesses to everyday Americans.

How much more hamstringing of the President will he (and, for that matter, WE) allow?

At what point are the courts powers at their limit? I agree, should Mr Trump do something Unconstitutional or illegal, then yes, a court should have the power to stop him. But what is illegal ab9ut tariffs? (or, for that matter, enforcing our immigration laws?)

At some point this illegal use of judicial power has to stop….and the judges that are illegally making rulings such as the above need to be reviewed and, ultimately, discharged for overstepping their authority.

What happens if the current president follows the precedent of the previous one (or at least what were were told was the previous president) and simply ignores the courts?

Seems that the US Mint is stopping production of Pennies, having said that they will not order an more blanks for minting…Because pennies cost more than 2 cents to make

Thing is, nickels cost much more than 5 cents to produce, and dimes cost more than ten cents…..Are they gonna stop them too? The logical move is that they should, simply because if it is the cost of production as a reason then they should start with nickels….

I’d rather see a change in the coins rather than simply removing the….make ’em with a hole in the center or something…

After all, a dollar bill is simply a medium of exchange, a symbol, as it were. It has no real value…..what matters isn’t the cost of the item, but what it represents….

At the end of it, if we would stop devaluing our money, then we’d not have this problem….
