Judge blocks release of Epstein files

The Epstein files did exist because Schumer and Pelosi and Durbin all worked very hard to block their release.

Trump promised to release them.

The files are used as evidence (part of it) to convict Maxwell

Bondi said “They are on My Desk”

Kash Patel said they “Needed to be reviewed to make sure that no victims names would be released”

Then, when push came to shove they weren’t “on her desk”….

Then Trump said “What files?”

Then they promise to release what they have…” Based on the ridiculous amount of publicity given to Jeffrey Epstein, I have asked Attorney General Pam Bondi to produce any and all pertinent Grand Jury testimony, subject to Court approval,”

Now, after trying to release something, (Notice that both Florida and New York denied the request for the testimony in their trials) a Clinton appointed judge say they can’t be released: A federal judge denied his administration’s attempts to release grand jury testimony from the Jeffrey Epstein case….U.S. District Judge Richard Berman deemed Trump’s Justice Department did not provide adequate reasoning to unseal the highly-protected materials

Why is this “Highly Protected Materials”? Why does court records and testimony in a federal or state court hidden from the public? Is there top secret material that would compromise the safety and security of the country in that testimony? This is about a criminal trial fer chrissake.

And we all know that Epstein didn’t kill himself in jail either.

Apparently, when Zelenskyy attended the meeting at the White House, He promised Donnie that he would buy 100 Billion dollars worth of weapons and $50 Billion worth of drone components...

Yet less than a year ago, he was demanding billions of dollars of ammunition and weapons from the United States because his country could not afford weapons to make war defend against the Russians.

This time, his attitude was less demanding. less of that of a superior trying to give orders to an inferior. More of someone who wanted to make a deal with a more powerful country.

But a question:

Where is this (supposedly) poor country getting all the billions of dollars for the current offer? Where was all that money a year or so ago? Were they lying about their finances then or are they lying about their ability to pay now?

We know they have a fair bit of money, and apparently every third new resident permit holder in Switzerland is a Ukrainian holder of a large Swiss Bank account….

Some of the people in Ukraine have somehow (corruption?) become very rich…..I mean, they even bought a US Vice President and (apparently) a Clinton Secretary of State…

But seriously, where is a country that was supposedly too broke to get their own weapons less than a year ago and demanding money from the US now getting $150 Billion to spend? ?

It seems that a bunch of European Leaders think that they can invite themselves to the White House meeting between Zelensky and Trump.

Funny, that. Why should they think that they can decide to intrude? At no point have they done anything to stop the conflict (nor, honestly, could they do much, simply because they have no military, having allowed the funds they should have spent on defense to go to socialist government safety net programs….)

President Trump should shake each of their hands and them usher Zelensky into the oval office and pointedly leave the others outside, as they have no say in the matter.

Of course, If it were up to me, I wouldn’t bother to do anything, and I would cut all aid to Ukraine. They are, after all, the most corrupt country in the europe, if not the world. Billions of dollars from Ukraine are in Swiss banks and  thousands of Ukrainians live in Switzerland, having fled their country with that money. The government disbanded the anti corruption investigation unit at the national level.

If Europe needs Ukraine, let Europe defend them. The US does not need, in any way, the country of Ukraine. Nor should the european leaders have any say or input as to what happens between the US and Ukraine, especially the interaction between  Zelensky and Trump.

Again, Not Our Problem, and the Europeans have no business attending, much less INVITING themselves to, the meeting.

When the Democrats do it, innit?

Seems that some people (the Democrats)are angry about the gerrymandering in Texas, and others (the Republicans) are angry about it when it is tried in California..

Both  sides have double standards, and are using the redistricting to gain political power.

The difference is that the Media is playing to the DNC types, sensationalizing the power play by the Republican games in Texas  , whereas they are silent about the same games played by the Democrats in California.

Double standards (on both sides) and especially by the Media…

CNN claims Trump is “Batman” and Washington DC is “Gotham”.
