While, as stated below, I do not support Federal troops doing any policing in any city where they are not invited,….

I DO, however, support Federal immigration sweeps in any city, especially “Sanctuary Cities”.

I want every undocumented illegal alien invader looking over their shoulder every single day, every time they step outside their home…and every time there is a knock on their door, I want them to be afraid of being arrested and deported.

(Ideally these invaders will save everyone time and expense and remove themselves back to their home country (or at least anywhere but the US)

As per a point made in comments….I do NOT support our current President sending troops to crime ridden cities in order to quell crime…be they Regular Military of National Guard,. That is up to the states and until, and unless, the states (governors) request it, it is not under the purview of the feds to take over of the policing of our Democrat (or any other) led cities.

In addition, I think asking National Guardsmen to be police is idiotic and unfair to the troops.

That “Crime is Down” in Chicago? That the statistics used for the latest claim have not been created out of thin air?

Supposedly “Crime” is Down by 21%, homicides by 38% and Multi-victim shootings by 44% 

Odd that they never mentioned that drop in crime until Trump promised to bring Federalized National Guard troops to the city, innit? You’d think that if the mayor and his staff had actually reduced crime by that much that they would have been trumpeting (ahem) it to the skies…everyone would have heard about the wonderful reduction in crime.

You know, and I know, that the new statistics promulgated by the Chicago Mayor Johnson and by Illinois Governor (Fatso) Pritzker are lies made up by twisting their new definition of “crime” into pretzels.

I just find it funny that they never bothered to even try to push the new statistics until Trump promised to come and do their job for them.

Can anyone explain to me why the DNC run cities want to be “Sanctuary Cities”? Why they want illegals, and the crime they bring to invade their spaces? To have their welfare and other government aid budgets explode as they have to pay for an additional 15%-45% of their aid budgets to the indigents from South and Central America? Why the are doing all they can to hobble the efforts of the ICE agents in rounding up the illegals?

Why, besides identity politics, do they want to harm the citizens of their cities, to break their budgets, to lower the standard of living in their community, to have additional people who will lower the average wage and compete with the productive citizens for lower wage/unskilled jobs?

Can someone give a cogent and complete answer?

Of course, the Left went apeshit, as expected.

But at some point, some folks simply cannot and should not be “mainstreamed” into society…sometimes for their protection and sometimes for societies protection. Yes, some criminals are put in prisons, bit others, a danger to society in general, need to be removed as dangerous.

Of course, who makes that decision is the slippery slope, mind you.

But fully 2/3 of the “Unhoused” living in homeless camps are somewhat mental. The rest are mostly also drug addicts, which could also be classified as a mental issue.

I fully expect that the Left will fight idea this tooth and nail
