Africans help the spread of Ebola

No, seriously:

A burial team was attacked and 11 Ebola patients fled isolation facilities in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, as the outbreak spread to another health zone in the country’s hardest-hit province.

A team attempting to safely bury an Ebola victim was assaulted in the South Kivu town of Katana, forcing workers to abandon the coffin and allowing community members to handle the body, an incident health officials warned could spark new chains of transmission.

Meanwhile, patients escaped isolation facilities in the epicenter Ituri, while security remained unstable in parts of the province where armed groups continue to limit humanitarian access. Rimba became the 17th affected health zone in Ituri — and the 25th nationally — according to a situation report published Wednesday.

“The geographic expansion toward Rimba demonstrates active community transmission,” the report said.

This is beyond serious. Every image coming out of the Congo confirms why it’s spreading. Few are complying with even basic practices for any disease, much less one with a 50-90% mortality rate. The attacks on hospitals are suicide missions. 

The disease itself, (and the spread), is, of course, the fault of the United States because we are no longer funding the graft and fraud ridden efforts of the World Health Organization…

If t couldn’t be because Africans eat the bats that carry the disease and once the disease breaks out refuse to use basic precautions.

As a friend of mine says: “Africa is Africa. Nothing we can do about it, nothing will fix it”

I cannot understand why people come to Africa to help treat this:  There is no helping these people and it is often a suicide mission….If the disease doesn’t kill you, the patients might.

I, of course, could never condone damaging private property ..

But I will note, however,  that a cordless sawzall from Harbor Freight can be had for as little as $49.00 

And long metal demolition blades for the poles are pretty cheap too

(pay cash, wear sunglasses (and a Covid mask) put marbles in your shoes to disguise your gait, do your purchases weeks in advance,  etc)

 

(I am usure if the stated amounts of copper and gold are correct)

Funny how their standards change

One wonders what Grahm Platner did that the establishment is trying so very hard to destroy his campaign and run his reputation….The Media campaign and news cycle is being worked very hard. I understand that his opponent is a Billionaire, but it has to be the DNC backing the campaign of personal destruction that is taking place.

I mean, he has done less that William Clinton did, yet the DNC types are still going after him as if he had committed rape of an underage horse in public.

It’s almost as if he were a Republican candidate rather than a Democrat.
