Have you noticed something about the left (and about whoever controls the headlines)?
I mean, Eric Swalwell has had issues for years, yet no one said much about it, until he became too large for his britches and the DNC needed to get him off the ballot for Governor of California….
Then, as usual came the parade of bimbos who claimed he had somehow done something vaguely sexual, or who had slept with him or that they had failed to mention (or go to the police about it) that he had raped them…..all actions having taken place years ago.
I find it interesting that none of these women ever complained about his actions until it became convenient for whoever controls the narrative to remove him. I also find it hard to find someone credible when she stayed silent about the traumatic episode that (supposedly) happened 2 or 3 or even 6 years ago….that somehow she never mentioned until someone in power found it convenient for her to mention it.
Notice a pattern? It happens to lots of men in power. (Weinstein is but one example) Somehow, they offend multiple women over years. but none of them ever says anything until someone wants the targeted man removed…then suddenly these women show up out of nowhere…..and the news suddenly cares where they didn’t before. Maybe telling the truth, maybe not. It is never just one woman either. It is always 3 or more, usually 5 or six…..and they all have the same sort of story that can’t be verified because it happened many years ago. But there is a sudden avalanche of offended women. Strange that none of them every come forward with their accusations of rape or inappropriate touching until they all do (at the same time), innit? And funny how the rape accusations never end up as criminal charges. Odd, that. One would think that if a powerful man had raped a woman as she claimed (often multiple times), that she would go to the police…but they strangely never do. And you’d think that if a powerful and wealthy man had fondled or inappropriately touched women that they would have sued for harassment (and likely quit their job over it) but also, they never seem to do that. And they never mention it until someone needs them to. It’s never just one woman that stayed silent for years, it is often many…and they all independently decide to speak up at once. Coincidence??
I find their credibility lacking. But if you say something loud enough in an outraged tone, often enough, it seems to work.
I guess some people, especially women, will do anything for money.
I am glad that Swalwell is gone, mind you, but the method that they used is starting to wear thin. Same playbook, same plays, different players. I expect that the person or persons pulling the strings here remains the same as well.
Remember, if they can choose to do it to him, they can do it to you as well.
