Question for Donnie:

Trump claims he is gonna end taxes on Social Security and on Tips.

Nice idea, but he (the President) isn’t the one who decides that. Ideally it should be the House (if you bother to read the Constitution).

And if he does succeed in getting that legislation through, what is he gonna cut in the Federal Government budget to offset for the tax cut?

If he doesn’t cut at least an equivalent amount, the we will just have even higher inflation and a larger deficit.

Details matter.

A question:

And, I think, an important one….

If Joe Biden is dealing with Dementia, so much so that he could not debate President Trump, and to such a degree that the DNC power brokers decided late in the election cycle to replace him….

And assuming that his performance at the debate was where he had been drugged and otherwise worked on to make him as lucid as possible (even if only for a short time)…

Then who is running the country RIGHT NOW? Who is making the decisions, at least a few every day, as to how the US responds to the things happening around the world……Who knows the correct (memorized, BTW) codes for nuclear retaliation…..WHO is the person who can send you ng men off to war…

I mean, if it isn’t Joe Biden, (and apparently it isn’t, at least not any longer) then who exactly is it that is doing the job of President?

ETA: Apparently Jill Biden, That’s who.

Any cabinet member who was there, saw this, and did not raise a red flag is complicit in what is, essentially, treason. Someone unelected and uncleared has taken over the Executive Branch.

Gotta love it:

Won’t embed for some reason

He tells the reporter like it is.

NEW: CNN reporter suggests to a Trump supporter that he shouldn’t be concerned about the cost of living under the Biden/Harris adm. because he owns a boat

CNN: “if you can afford a boat, you’re not hurting so bad, right? Because a boat costs a lot of money and it’s a lot of upkeep.”

Trump Supporter: “Listen, nobody gave me shit!”

“I earned everything that I’ve got. I’m retired military, retired power plant, and I am successful and retired with boats, jet skis because I get it right, and everybody has that chance. Whether they choose or not, that’s up to them.”

“…because I want my money to go further. I want inflation to go down, I want interest rates to go back down, I want all that, but that covers everybody in the economy. Not just me, not just the poor, not just the rich, it covers everybody.”

Playing catch-up

Was gone all day Wed….Home-Tulsa, a test flight. then Smyrna, then home.

almost 8 hours of flying. (Just did the logbook, 9,8 hours,  5 day landings, 1 night landing, 1.7 IMC. hours..no wonder I was tired when I got home).

Looks like  I’m gonna have a new plane in a month or so.

But now I gotta do the whole “be an adult and do adult shit” and get caught up.

Maybe more later. I simply didn’t have the time to do blog stuff yesterday.

Nice work

If it is the Israelis..(which is most likely, after all, this is the sort of thing the Mossad is good at) then getting these pagers to the Hezbollah people is a masterstroke….

Of course, this marks each and every Hezbollah member, Nice. All across the region.

Even if they didn’t kill everyone, they maimed them, fingers, hands. hip or leg damage wherever the person carried their pager….marked. Easily identified from now on as a part of the Hezbollah movement.

And even more importantly, they used the pagers because they knew that the Mossad could get explosive laded phone into their hands, and easily detonate  those, so the emphasis had been on pagers..

Now they can’t truth the pagers either.

Terror works both ways.

I love it.

I especially like that Iran’s ambassador to lebanon got hurt in this attack. One might wonder what a diplomat was doing with a hezbollah pager….Except that it isn’t really a surprise

ETA:

Nearly a week

and yet the media (and some of my commenters) are still denying and trying to discredit the stories about the haitians eating pets.

A week ago the story became mainstream. And for an entire week, they’ve been doing their best to deny and discredit the whole thing.

That , honestly, tells us that it is true, and not a small problem, or they’d have forgotten it and let it die by now.

Oddities

While it may just be bad reporting…

‘Tis strange that a “Protective Agent” somehow “spotted a rifle barrel sticking out of the brush 300 to 500 yards away” That’s pretty good eyesight, innit?

Plus, of course, it was apparently an AK variant, which makes 300 yards a tricky shot.

Plus a GoPro camera…..Which doesn’t really have the lens for 200+ yards.

One wonders if the shooter is really that inept in his choice of weapon and other equipment.

Either the coverage is really that bad, or this is somehow a put up job. I am unsure which.

ETA: And lots of folks are asking how the dude knew that Trump wans gonna be there at the time he was…How did he know the schedule?

Also: Where did he get the rifle? He lived in Hawaii. Apparently it had the serial number somehow obscured.

It occurs to me that this “assassination attempt” was pretty amateurish…..one wonders if there was supposed to be a real shooter somewhere, and this guy was just the patsy like Crooks?

*******************

And it is bad reporting. Now it is an SKS rather than a AK. (For those that don’t know, the difference is HUGE)
