Apparently… Supercritical wing and ice on the top of the wing don’t mix well. There is some question as to the time after the deice before takeoff
Standard deicing time is15 minutes. Meaning that the aircraft needs to be airborne within the following 15 minutes after deicing is completed. That is when the aircraft is using deicing fluid out in the open. When being taken out of a heated hangar, 20 minutes is the general rule but departing sooner is better.
