If the biased trial in New York fails, then they’ll bring this one back (quickly) in order to have another chance at trashing his name in the Media and so that they can keep him off the campaign trail.

This is just another arrow in the quiver. But if the New York trial succeeds, then they don’t need this one. If it fails, they can resurrect this one rapidly and keep him tied up until election day.
