Wild animals approaching people can mean they have an issue like rabies. More often though they approach people because they have been conditioned to view us as a food source. Squirrels etc at campgrounds being a sterling example of this. Don’t feed the wildlife. It doesn’t take them. It just makes them more dependent and less likely to survive hard times.
