What’s next to be erased? 

Yep, 62 percent feel that we should leave the damned Civil War monuments alone. 

Surprisingly, even 44% of Black people feel that the Statues and Memorials should not be torn down or moved. (Page 11 for those who want to skip ahead and check my numbers)


But, since all you Liberal assholes (but I repeat myself here) think that we should have Mob Rule, then I guess that means that we who oppose illegal immigration can form a mob and chase all those undocumented workers illegal people who have crossed our borders without government out of town on a rail…..I mean, mob rules and all that, right? We are gonna put the rules of law on hold for a while, right? Law and order don’t matter because of FEELINGS and OUTRAGE and Fairness and Insults and past history and more FEELINGS. and just because….right? The will of the majority doesn’t matter, it is only the angriest and loudest, right? Can we chase Muslims out of the country because a Muslim is more likely to go all Jihadi on his fellow citizens? (doesn’t matter what the truth is here, it is all about FEELINGS and RAGE, and perceptions, right?)

‘Cause that is the world you are seeking, right? Mob rules? Hate of the moment? Selective, unreasoned and emotional outage ginned up by some speaker of dubious credentials and with only a portion of the truth?

(And, since we are opening that door, don’t be surprised when the next black person or Mexican or Pakistani is lynched….’Cause Mob Rule is now acceptable again….and not only accepted, but OK and excusable….right?)

Charles Barkley doesn’t give a flying fuck about the Confederate statues ….They haven’t bothered him one iota. Never has. Never in his whole life has it been an issue for him.

Odd, that, He is so oppressed by our society.

And he isn’t gonna waste his time on the Nazis White Supremacists either.

Smart man, there. 

That stuff like milk, pop, beer, snack foods and, in one place, gasoline are in short supply in the greater Carbondale area….This despite the merchants slightly raising prices, stocking more,  and arranging for extra deliveries of such items in advance in expectation of thousands of people arriving this weekend for the eclipse.

Apparently some folks are terribly upset that the merchants, private business all, failed to properly prepare for the event and have made their displeasure known, loudly.

Not everyone gets it.

If I still had stocks of milk and groceries and ice and beer and pop, I’d triple the prices for anyone who doesn’t live in the community.

What total fucking ignorant savages they are, the idiotic Mob which wants statues torn down because “Confederacy!”, who have the historical knowledge of 4 year olds and who are also, apparently, illiterate, have trashed a statue of Joan of Arc with spray painted graffiti.

But then again, that seems to be the mold most Leftists made from, innit? Childish, emotional, whiney, immature, prone to outbursts, lacking self control, unwilling to educate themselves about the real issues, easily led and prone to mob action with poor impulse control….who were never properly spanked as children….. (I think that covers it….if I missed any other needed descriptions, please, let me know in comments)

Steve Bannon gone from the Trump team.

I find this disturbing because he was one of Trump’s advisors who inspired confidence.

We shall see. I still think when we as a nation hired TheDonald we made the best of the bad choices we were presented. Donald still scares me less than the Pantsuit still does. 

So now it is a “Woman’s Right to choose her own Reproductive Path”. (using Government subsidized birth control and/or abortion)

Ok, I kinda get that. He body, her choice and all that.

But if that is the case, then she can’t sue some dude for getting her pregnant either. He wants to choose his path too. And it is half his DNA.

Group plans to tear down Confederate memorial in Houston.

Long way away from me (like an entire day’s drive, 20+ hours), but I think If I were closer I’d be there, not to defend the Confederacy, but to defend the statue from vandalism….It is, after all, public property.

Especially since these folks are doing mob action. I hate that. Destruction of a symbol because of the “Hate Du Jour” is a Bad Idea.

It is, essentially, a symbolic Lynching.

If we tear down  every statue that someone finds offensive, change the name of every park that is named after someone whose past is not on the approved list,,burn all the history books that don’t tell the currently approved story of the country’s past, and essentially go Whole Hog PC to satisfy the people who are pushing this purge….

Will that affect one black person’s future? Will it fix the problems in the black community? Deal with the cultural issues that keep  many young black males from graduating, change the fact that great numbers of young black women have children BEFORE graduating, most black women raise their children without a father (or often leave them to be raised by their grandmothers…who are often unmarried themselves)….Will it keep the gang violence from happening in black neighborhoods? Will it keep the drug violence from the gangs from happening? Will it suddenly make the community HELP the police, instead of “I Din See Nuttin’ “? Will it keep young blacks from going on rampages of fighting and orgies of stealing that makes every other race look at them suspiciously?

Will it help them find jobs that they cannot currently qualify for because those higher paying jobs require that one not have a criminal record and that you pass a drug screen? That you speak plain english?

Will pulling down all those statues fix any of that? Really? Will those issues change overnight because we banned the Confederate history, flag and monuments?

Will it right any of the wrongs that occurred 4 and 5 and 6 generations ago? Will it change any of the history?

WILL IT FIX ANYTHING?
