Where else would you have to have police escorts for the crews trying to restore the electrical power in the neighborhoods after the storms we had last week?
Everywhere else, people welcome the restoration and repair crews, But not in Gary.
Something about those folks and their culture is just wrong.
If you need police escort to fix the lines, I say leave them down.
