Republicans demonstrate this nearly every day.
The enemy of your enemy is your enemies enemy, but not necessarily your ally.
Two wings, one party
The Worst legislation is Bi-Partisan. Neither party wants to take the blame,so they unite and screw us as a team.
I can’t really argue with that logic.
The enemy of your enemy is not necessarily your ally.
My question is: who decides which enemies of our enemies are trustworthy and which aren’t?
If the answer is “evaluate the evidence and arguments for yourself,” then we’re in agreement.
If the answer is “trust the people on our side to tell us who is trustworthy,” then we’ve simply replaced independent judgment with tribal judgment.
Trust no one and doubt what you see….
But never believe that the Repubs are better than the Dems.
We are in agreement.
If you are paying attention then you know that I don’t trust *any* politician. Some less than others perhaps, but I do exercise “Independent judgement”.
Unlike some folks I could mention, I don’t parrot the party line…
I’m in agreement, and I’m glad we found some common ground.
Im a registered Libertarian. A constant source of amusement for me is when members of the Uniparty leap at the chance to tell me whats wrong with my party. Get a fucking mirror. A party that put Mitch McConnell, John Thune and Lindsay Graham in leadership positions is in no position to critique other parties.
