The first who shot through the window, and the second who shot at the back of the car as it tried to flee.
Go look at the video. I watched the whole thing. The shot happened before the car moved. The officer is a murderer. The use of Lethal Force was not justifiable. “Weaponized her vehicle” is bullshit.

Show me where the agent was badly injured and had to be transported to the hospital he’s walking around normally, not even limping. Look at where her wheels are before she is shot at. Notice that she isn’t “running him down” until he draws and fires.

Watch from :28 where she is trying to flee from the agent (with her wheels turned away from all of them) trying to force her door open, to the man stepping in front of her car at :29, to the draw at .31 and the shot about :32.
Shooting at a fleeing suspect is murder if you and I do it, and it should be if they do it as well. Just because they are ICE agents who are angry at a protester doesn’t give them the right to shoot. If you did that you’d be in jail right now.

B is correct. Looking at the video in slow motion you (if you’re being honest) can see as the first ICE agent is trying to open the door and reaching into the vehicle. And even before the vehicle starts to move the “officer in front” is drawing his weapon. And as the vehicle starts to move, it is turning left and one can see the officers feet away from the vehicle and it seems he is leaning into the vehicle. Anyone who doesn’t have an agenda (and has seen the video) will have to agree.

(From the agents perspective), he moves from clear of the car on his left side, then slides right to be in front of the car, he stands there for nearly 3/4 second, then draws and fires.
Had he moved one more step, to his right, he would have been safely clear of the car.
By your own cite, he had, at that point, already chosen to shoot, even before stopping in front of her car.
Also, using your reaction times cited, she could not have chosen to stop even had she decided to, as he was so close she had no time to react.
He was completely clear and on the right side of the vehicle before she back up while turning the vehicle to the right. She pointed the vehicle at him.

Would he? Would have known that? Did he know which way the tires were pointed. That direction (his right) was the direction the car had just been pointed. Moving that way could just as easily placed him in the very direction she was going to go.

What does she do after she runs over him? She just ran over a law enforcement officer – violent felony. She’s still going to be in control of the weapon she used in that violent felony. And she’s still going to be in the area of other officers that she can run over.
Tennessee v Garner – “the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others.”
Even if he cannot stop her from running him over – he has probable cause to believe that she would still be a threat after running him over. So even if he knows he’s dead – he can still shoot her. She’s still a threat even if his shots will not stop her in the time before she kills him.
Heck, Garner is also probably enough to cover shots two and three.
A: He stepped in front of the vehicle before she started to move forward. Had he continued even one more step to HIS right, he would have been clear. Watch either the first video (viewpoint behind and to the passenger side of the car) and also the video taken by HIS cell phone). If anything, she pointed the vehicle away from him, but I think she was fleeing, and that was unintentional.
B: You are using two different metrics for the two people. I of shooting (Which he never should have started, thus my call of murder)f he could not stop his actions once started how could SHE have done so? The timings are similar, if not identical. She was feeing the threat of the agent at her drivers door. Thus you excuse that an action, once started, is hard to stop that is true for her as well as our deadly agent.
C: Garner doesn’t apply if the officer puts himself in danger, which is what happened here…further he can shoot “Only if she present a danger to others and by letting her go he puts the public in further danger” which is, again, not the case here.
