With the exception of North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia, all of the examples in the article you posted include the words (or similar) “in the commission of a crime or to intimidate”…Which, unless you are completely stupid, you must realize was not the religious “masking” that was referred to in the original post. (and only those three states do not make an exemption for religious purposes.) Perhaps you didn’t read the article that you posted?
