This metal shed building wasn’t terribly steep…..It wasn’t lie a Swiss Chalet or anything. Most people without a disability can walk on it, you can even walk on it after a few beers.

Directing water away from the roof surface to internal roof drains or roof edge gutters prevents the weight of water collected in heavy heavy precipitation from collapsing roof. It is that simple. That excuse offered should be grounds for job termination due to stupidity.
