Is WHY Were The Documents Sealed in the First Place?

The documents are being released as part of a 2015 defamation case against Maxwell brought by Virginia Roberts, Prince Andrew’s accuser. The case was settled but the Miami Herald sued to make the case documents public and since 2019 they have been released on a rolling basis.
