Were smart enough not to even try one out. Even the Democrat cities knew that Electrically Powered Snowplows would not get the job done in the cold, the long hours, and the heavy loads. (they don’t work for shit as garbage truck either, BTW)

New York City, Not so much.

I guess that they really felt that Hopes and Dreams would overcome realty if they Just Tried Harder and Spent More Money.
