Bodega clerk sues woke Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg for RACIAL DISCRIMINATION after he was slung in Rikers Island for killing attacker in self defense ‘to push prosecutor’s ‘equity’ agenda’

Thing is, he’s really suing the city…..He needs to be able to sue Mr. Bragg PERSONLLY. Until such behavior hurts the individuals directly, then it is merely symbolic for them.

By insulating the actual bad actor from suffering pain and loss ,the System is able to continue to abuse people in pursuit of the Agenda.
I think every prosecutor convicted of prosecutorial misconduct needs sentenced to the maximum that he was exposing the defendant to.
They would knock that crap off.
Jury nullification needs to be understood by every juror. Everything I’ve seen makes it Illegal to talk about it in the courtroom.
Which doesn’t Sound exactly legal, either.
