Not the $100 Billion that Joe wants (such a nice round number, easy to divide by ten for a kickback doncha think?), not $1 billion, not $100….not even a  single dollar Nothing. Not a dime . We are broke and cannot afford to water down our dollar further with gifts of money our nation doesn’t have.
