ISO New England Inc, the operator of the power grid in the U.S. northeastern region, warns that in case of a severe cold spell and amid global gas market volatility, consumers could face blackouts due to not enough gas for power generation.

Apparently the folks in charge never allowed the creation of a pipeline for Natural Gas, and have shuttered the coal plants (bowing to the Geens)….so now the Natural Gas power plants (and, of course, the “renewables”)  may well not be able to keep up if demand spikes.

So much for progress.

  1. Somehow it seem obvious the the price of imported oil includes a “piece” for the “Big Guy”. And, of course, Biden has done all he could the maim the US fuel industry. Hunter and Dr, Jill must be planning on well financed futures.

    • It is rumored that the oil from the SPR that was sold to China included the “10% for the Big Guy”.
