It is a muzzle BRAKE, not BREAK.

One might expect people unfamiliar with the terminology of firearms to make this mistake (but not really) but firearms and component/accessory manufacturers?

I think many of the misuses of the homonyms can be attributed to autocorrect and not proofreading when they're done typing. I know that autocorrect has bitten me a few times with just that example.
