Is smarter than the cops.

All charges dismissed in Scotty Sheffler’s case. 

The prosecutor’s office decided to let it go, because “there wasn’t enough evidence”….and they KNOW that if push comes to shove, that there is enough evidence that Det Bryan Gillis was lying and that this was a bullshit arrest….Basically they are glad that Mr Sheffler isn’t suing the department for false arrest and other charges.

This was a case of “Respek’ Ma Autortieh!” gone wrong, and an arrest tp punish for not being compliant enough…., and a case of a cop lying in a police report. One of those things that cops often do, supported by their fellow officers even though it is wrong and they know it.

Not all cops are bad, but too many abuse their position and the other cops let them get away with it because “Thin Blue Line”…..Which makes all cops look bad.

The only reason this one got caught was because he was stupid enough to abuse his position and arrest a celebrity. when there were cameras and witnesses. If that had been you or me then his lies likely would have stood. I strongly doubt this was the first time for Detective Gillis and I KNOW it isn’t the first time for this department.

You know and I know the department attorneys are breathing huge sighs of relief that Scotty Sheffler has decided to just let things drop.

I would bet that the folks in Gaza, those “Palestinians” …

I bet they could stop the “atrocities”  they claim the Israelis are perpetrating and fix their situation nearly immediately:

All they have to do is deliver the bodies, breathing or not, of each and very single Hamas fighter and leader to the Israelis. Every Single One. Then the entire campaign would have no purpose, no reason.

There are millions of people in Gaza…thousands of Haas, at best. They have to come out of hiding at some point.

Sheltering the Hamas folks is a losing proposition, but they stubbornly help them hide.

So the pier that was put in place by the US Navy to provide a mooring so that ships could unload “aid” to Gaza was unsuited for the “Rough Seas” and broke apart.…

Broke up in the waves.

It will have to be pulled off and sent off for repair. After only 3 weeks on station. Surely they knew that weather might be an issue? I mean, this wasn’t a hurricane, just a normal storm.

This is a sad reflection of the capabilities of the US Navy, a bad reflection of the folks who planned the whole scheme.

What a waste of our money.

(and anger inducing) that the Left is going after Conservative Supreme Court Justices for having personal views on things…For flying a flag ….for using a symbol that the Leftists and the press (but I repeat myself) associates with a radical movement….

Remember, these are the same people who insist that THEIR appointed judges be Women, or more Liberal in order that they can get the correct rulings…because THAT judge has Liberal views…..And grill the conservatives on their views.. .

If a judge, Left leaning or right, at that level, can’t put aside their own views and simply adjudicate based on the law and the arguments laid before them, then they should not have ever gotten to that point.

Do I think that Judge Kagan is Liberal? Yes. Does the fact that her views are more liberal than mine disqualify her from her position? No. How about Justice Jackson? She supported Black Lives Matter, yet I don’t hear any calls for her resignation…only the Conservatives…

This latest Kefluffle over flags is there only because the Liberals couldn’t get any traction with the views of Mrs Thomas and how it might affect his rulings…So now they are  going after Alito.

Enough of this shit. The Leftists are getting over the line. I think they are desperate to be able to appoint a new justice before Trump wins the next election.

They want us to take a moment and remember George Floyd…

So lets remember him:

A turd upon society, never being a model citizen….

A man who was a drug addict, a career petty criminal, who was arrested for trying to pass a fake $20 bill…

Who , at the time, was high as the moon on fentanyl, and other substances.

Who fought the cops trying to arrest him.

Who struggled so much they dogpiled him.

Ultimately, he died of the overdose. But his death was blamed, in the media stories, as the officers crushing his neck by kneeling on him….Which wasn’t true.

Lets remember that he was used to rile up the black population…because nearly all of them have had a brush with the police because, overall, they are not, generally, as law abiding as other demographics…..And the Democrats needed the black votes to make any election close enough that tampering was possible.

So yes, by all means, let’s remember him….for what he was.

Now that we have much more complete videos of the incident with Scotty Sheffler and his arrest for not being an obedient peon failing to follow the chaotic orders and since the videos (as well as eyewitness testimony) show that the officer was never “dragged” by Sheflers’s car (as it was written in the police report)…..are they gonna charge the officer(s) with perjury, or at least falsifying a police report….?

Are they gonna go back and review all the arrests from every officer involved because we now know that they are liars, and their testimony cannot be trusted?

Asking for a friend and all that.

It would seem to me that these officers, each and every one involved with the arrest or whose name appears on the report, should be fired, at a minimum, and, ideally charged and fired for lying.

Mr Sheffler is looking at a felony for the incident, which we now know was overinflated by the officers on the scene.

For the things I don’t say, sometimes.

And it’ll stop entirely….and immediately.
