Huh, The FBI actually did their job

and they charged someone who did the politically wanted (at the tine) thing .

Official who leaked Israeli war plans is charged…Espionage

The official, Asif W. Rahman, was indicted last week in federal court in Virginia on two counts of willful retention and transmission of national defense information under the Espionage Act. He was arrested by the F.B.I. on Tuesday in Cambodia and was set to appear in federal court in Guam on Thursday.

I would never have thought that they FBI would have done their job. Especially since Biden (or whoever was running things at the time) most clearly wanted the Iranians to know what Israel was doing….I guess he had another muslim do the dirty work.

Maybe it is because Trump is now gonna be President and they gotta behave? Show that they can be team players and all that? Would they have charged him at all if Kamala had won? If the Cheat Machine had decided to act and gain her the votes she needed?

I wonder how they caught him?

I volunteer

No, really, I would LOVE to help Elon and Vivek change our government,

Apparently there will be some sort of “Department of Government Efficiency”

Here’s my offer to President Trump. Elon, and Vivek:

I will work for free, Seriously, Free for the first year. All I ask is my expenses. And they will be low. Let me help find waste, and decide what to cut, and how. I promise to do a decent job, judging only on the parameters you set up….I won’t be partisan.  I’ve run a business or two. Managed others. Worked with military contracts. I understand how to cut waste and find efficiencies…..I don’t need a salary.  Free for the first year.

We can discuss things after that.  But the first year, I need no salary. Maybe pay me a dollar a year or whatever so I can be considered an employee for liability but nothing more than that. I just wanna help fix the behemoth that our government has become.

Someone let the incoming President and or Mr Musk know about my offer, please.

Costco recall

over 80,000 lbs of butter.

The reason:

Not health, not a contamination, not a bacteria.

But because it does not list “Milk” as a possible allergen.

According to the FDA, the butter was recalled for not having the “Contains Milk” statement. Some social media users were quick to question the recall with one saying “We all know butter contains milk.”

Hint: If you are allergic eto dairy, and are unaware that butter may contain milk or other milk byproducts, perhaps you should not be let out without a keeper. And only on a short leash.

Where the hell have you been??

I mean, listening to Rep Hakeem Jefferies on CBS:

“We need to fix immigration and border security”

“We need to get a handle on inflation”

“We need to bring costs down. ”

“We will work hard to make sure that these things happen no matter what the Trump administration does.”

“We need to make sure we grow the Middle Class ”

“We need to fix the crumbling infrastructure”

“We need to bring jobs back from overseas”

Just what the hell has he and the other Democrats been doing since 2020? Where have they been?

Why NOW, and not then? What changed?? Is it only because that is what Trump promised and they think that that is what will get them elected next cycle?

Surely he isn’t that stupid:

Reports are that Trump has picked Kristi Noem for DHS, and Marco Rubio for Sec State.

While Noem handled the Covid crisis in her state reasonably well, that is about her only decent accomplishment. She MIGHT make a decent administrator for DHS….But will probably just “go with the flow” of the current bureaucracy that exists and won’t shake it up or change the heading of the agency.

But Rubio? Seriously?  That will backfire on Donnie fairly quickly.

Sadly, these incidents are growing ever more common

So, yet again, the police resort to violence for no good reason….except that they can.

Far too many of our police officers are way too violent, too quick to anger and have issues with people who refuse to obey them slavishly. Many appear to have anger issues, likely caused by Steroids or other compounds like that….

Too many are poorly trained, and are given authority way beyond what they should have.

In the case above, one could easily make a case for attempted murder. .All because a man refused to sign a citation…which isn’t required.  Watch the video in the article…Assault, with intent to inflict bodily harm at a minimum. If that were you or me, the charges would already be filed, we’d have been arrested and jailed….This cop  should do time for this.

Way too many larger cities, and even small towns are hiring people psychologically unsuited to be police officers. They have the wrong mentality, the wrong idea of how police are supposed to be….and their training reinforces that. Their CULTURE reinforces that. Too many are bullies, not even suitable to be bouncers in a bar, much less keep order on our streets.  These incidents happen all the time. And generally it is larger cops against smaller men, or women, or teenagers.

The problem is that too many good cops (and yes, there are good cops) let the bad ones slide, refuse to cull their own ranks, because “Blue Wall”…..and the departments refuse to reign them in until things like this happen. Every cop, every supervisor knows which cop on their shift is a problem, but they don’t do anything until it is too late…if at all. They just back each other up.

Thank you

Today is Armistice day in Europe, where they remember all those who gave their lives in WW1 on the day of the signing of the armistice. in 1918

And Veterans Day here in the US…which is more important to me.

Thank you, each and every US veteran, still serving or not, wartime, or peacetime.

I appreciate your service.

Naming (some) names

I am sure the wildlife folks in New York State are just wishing that this whole thing would go away.

But it won’t, at least not until the people responsible, INCLUDING THE JUDGE that signed the warrant, are fired, and make some form of restitution.(although flogging is a good thought as well). Perhaps they should give Mr. Longo, the owner of the animals a chance to punch them in the face once each. Won’t bring Peanut and Fred back, but it would go a long way to making things right….

The overreach, the massive overkill in manpower for the raid, the subsequent list of fuckups is am example of State Gone Mad. Of Officials using their power to harm, rather than for good. The stated aim was for the welfare of the animals, the real reason was because someone had defied the states mandates. At the end of it, are Peanut and Fred better off than they were before the raid? Was their welfare really the reason? This isn’t the first time this sort of “welfare raid ” has happened...but unless and until the people involved are severely punished, it won’t stop happening……Be it wildlife officials or police officers in general.

Now we know some of the names of the people involved in the debacle, although not all of them.

Joshua Crain obtained a search warrant for the animals

Judge Richard W. Rich Jr. authorized the search

“Crain, who was awarded Wildlife Officer of the Year in 2022, is known for his philosophy of prioritizing education over enforcement.”  Yep, pull the other one. It’s got bells.

We don’t know the names of the other officers involved, but they should be outed as well. Each and every one of them, named so their communities can choose to treat them as they should be.

The fact that these people are still employed in any position of power, where they can make any decisions that in any way affect any other people, is a crime…and it shows that , to the state, the bureaucracy matters more that the right thing.

Remember: The squirrel and the raccoon had been kept indoors, with no contact with other animals, for many weeks, even years in the case of Peanut….there was no reason to believe that they had rabies, in fact there was every reason to believe they DID NOT have rabies or any other diseases. Crain should have known this….normal protocol in this case should have been 10 days of quarantine and observation to confirm they did not have rabies, rather than slicing up their brains for a rabies test..

And, of course, the State (and the officer’s union) wants to remind us of this: “‘We ask that the public keep in mind that [DEC officers] are their friends, family, and neighbors and do not deserve to live in fear for upholding the law,”

Yeah, but like the rest of Law Enforcement……unless and until they and their fellow officers start cleaning house, start asking why they need such overwhelming force on a raid (or a Raid at all !), why they always treat people like they do when there is a better, less demeaning, less violent, way.. then maybe I will believe it.

You want respect, and to live in peace in the community you police, you should act like it,
