Stats are probably much worse. With Soros DAs all over the country people know that reporting crime is a waste of time. During a move from Arizona a moving company stole 20% of our stuff. Four jurisdictions refused to take a crime report. They all pointed fingers at each other. Without a police report we could not file a claim.
I know the stats, in that 13% ( actually closer to 6.5% because males do way more violent crimes than females do) of the population is “black” and they commit ~50% of the crime.
Your graphic does NOT convey that.
Your stats for “VIOLENT” crimes are correct.
Crimes, however, are based on race only, not on gender in that race category.
