Can George Zinn be charged with Murder?
He’s the idiot who falsely claimed that he was the one who shot Charlie Kirk…and admitted he did so to help the Real shooter.
This makes him as far as I can tell, “Accessory After the Fact”, which in most jurisdictions is the same as if he had committed the crime itself…
Just asking, ’cause if they can charge him, it would seem to me they SHOULD do so, if only to discourage such behavior in the future.

I wondered the exact same thing. Not a lawyer and I didn’t stay at a holiday inn but I think if they really wanted to they could make his life miserable at the very least. And they should do that at the minimum.
Yes he should be charged as an accessory after the fact (not murder as he doesn’t meet the elements but does fit being an accessory and can be punished under that) and his own statements sink him on it, demonstrating his intent to assist the killer to escape.
