This time about “Sea Level Rise” causing farms along the Delaware River to be “inundated” with salt water intrusion of the ground water….
The claim that the seawater is pushing ever farther upriver due to sea level rise.
But there is, effectively, no rise in the level of the seawater…. But the land is sinking, not the sea is rising…And the areas affected by the sea water intrusion have been affected for many, many years, caused by changes in stormwater runoff from human infrastructure mostly in the city of Philadelphia. .
I suppose if you live in a city and know nothing, the lies story might be believable….
These people are becoming more and more blatant in their lies. Are they getting more desperate, or is there some other reason?
I used to live in California’s Bay Area. The breadbasket that is the Salina’s Valley has been struggling with saltwater intrusion caused by pumping the aquifers dry and then blaming it on global warming.
Venice, Italy has a similar(reaching much further back) problem with the City sinking because similar over reliance on pumping groundwater.
All are instances of man made disasters, but not quite global warming they insist upon.
