How people that are normally intelligent, logical, and rational go completely fucking nuts when it comes to vaccines.
They lose all of their logic, their ability to discern cause and effect, to look at evidence, to see statistics. Instead, they point to a bunch of anecdotal “data” and a debunked study from 45 years ago that was done by an attorney to try and sway a court, not any science in it.
Then they conflate the MRNA Covid shots with time-tested actual vaccines in their mind and it adds to their fearfulness.
It’s more like a religion or a cult, kinda like the Climate Change folks only even more strident.
Sad, really.
Works both ways unfortunately. So many people conflate being against the covid shots as being full anti-vax.
Lot of people out there these days who lack all sense of nuance or shades of gray.
It’s not a matter of “(lacking) all sense.” It’s a matter of “They LIED to us about the COVID “vaccine.” WHAT ELSE have they LIED to us about?”
It’s not a matter of this “working both ways.” There are those who are following like sheep and those who are asking intelligent questions and wanting ACTUAL SCIENTIFIC PROOF.

And the folks saying that the Measles or Polio Vaccines (or the MMR set, or Hepatitis…..are terribly dangerous somehow can’t come up with more than anecdotes…..never “Scientific Proof” of their claims…..
The vaccine fear is just that: Fear. Like the Cult of Glowbal Warming, they won’t listen to logic, science, or data. They simply Believe. Unfounded claims that they cannot (and won’t try to) verify.
Conflating modern lies about the MRNA Covid jab with vaccines that have been around for over two generations is kinda stupid, frankly. Not the same thing at all.
What “Proof” would you and your kind believe? Be specific.

…Once a liar is caught in a lie, it’s pretty much impossible to believe ANYTHING they say or have said. ‘Works every day in courtrooms when trying to discredit testimony. This is why people vested with authority over such things need to be above reproach and not in ANY position to be perceived to be a conflict of interests. I didn’t dodge the hard questions, B. The issue here is trust. Once credibility is lost, it’s almost impossible to get back. I thought I could get away with that high altitude answer.
I have “intelligent questions” as to the validity of the vetting process for vaccines, given the debacle that was the COVID “vaccine.” If “the science” lied about this, what else did it lie about?
I’m not “anti-vax.” I’m a retired military vet. Anyone in my shoes will vouch for the fact that military people are about as vaxxed as one can get. That being said, I was in the military when the flu “vaccines” were being tested, and they were being tested on US. I got the damned flu EVERY TIME those “vaccines” were administered, and refusing them was grounds for immediate discharge. …I had NEVER had the flu before then, and have only had it once since, and I’m 64. Between those flu “vaccines” and the ultimate disclosures and results of the COVID jab, you can see why I have issues with “the proof” and “the science.”
What’s the remedy for all this? Like I said; a complete disconnect between Big Pharma and “the government.” As it is, too many “vetters” seem to be on the take. Indeed, even your doctor receives commissions from drug companies based on the prescriptions they write. What could possibly go wrong there?

One is tried and true medical technology that is proven to be effective and safe, the other….not so much….untested and with HUGE numbers of side effects.
To conflate the two, and to fear the older stuff because of the newer stuff, is pretty much idiotic. Because the new stuff is unsafe does not make the older technology any less safe. To be afraid of all of the older stuff despite any real evidence is foolish. Especially when you use a debunked study as the basis of your fear, or link the increase in “Autism” to vaccines without any real correlation.
To lose the ability to see and use logic because of unfounded fear is even more stupid.
And lots of people do lose it when it comes to vaccines. They should be (and are) smarter about most things, but vaccines make them lose their shit, lose their ability to think logically.
It borders on religious fervor.
I’m not anti-vax, I’m anti fake vax. real vaccines have saved millions of lives.
I have never thought that there was a connection to autism and vaccines.

Just given the fact as to how powerful the industrial vaccine complex is, as demonstrated by the China Wuhan Fake Vax……..
We need to at least look very deep into these kinds of thing.
And that is a rational bit of thought.
