any other religion, where the members, generally men, go from decent people, citizens, part of a culture, to radical jihadi type in mere months?

I have seen it 3 times with muslim men that were business acquaintances of mine….from part of the culture and community here in the Midwest to radical religious fundamentalist fanatic…..in a very short time.

They all left the US for Muslim countries rather than commit jihadist atrocities, but still….They were “That Far”  from going all ‘splodey before they left the country.

Apparently that is what happened to the New Orleans killer…..
