I think in general Israel has done a good job of avoiding civilian casualties but this may have injured a lot of innocents and a lot of the explosions only resulted in wounding/maiming.

They had only a few grams of explosive. Radius was at best a few inches.

There are no ” innocent civilians” in Islam. There are the radical Muslims who want to kill you and there are the moderate muslims…who are ok with the radical Muslims killing you.
