  1. i’m sure they’ll discover a loophole to allow the switcharoo.

  2. Laws do not apply to Democrat politics when they are busy “saving our democracy”.

  3. The question for me if people just vote for Biden anyway ? Does he still get the votes or do they go to the Democrat candidate? What if you vote ” straight tick

  4. Unless, of course, he dies before the elections. Many of the states listed have that provision.

So expect him to die before the election.

Also, by dying, it may bring ‘positive’ focus on the Dem party.

So, again, expect him to die before the election.

  5. While those are not and were not correct when Biden dropped out.

Many of those states had primary deadline before, or already completed before that post was made. Thus it was not possible to put a different candidate on the PRIMARY ballot, but that has no impact on November.

On a serious question though, why would either party hold their official nominating convention where the delegates selected by the primaries vote for the candidate that the party will run AFTER the date that states finalize the ballots? This pic is a poorly done lie that doesn’t even make logical sense.

  6. I don’t think it is accurate for Indiana: https://www.indystar.com/story/news/politics/elections/2024/07/23/joe-biden-kamala-harris-indiana-general-election-ballots-what-to-know/74512199007/

Because Biden dropped out of the race before he was certified as the party’s nominee, his name won’t appear on the ballot in November, despite winning Indiana’s primary. Instead, whoever delegates choose as his successor at the Democratic National Convention will be on the ballot, according to the Indiana Secretary of State’s 2024 Candidate Guide.

However, if another candidate enters the race, Indiana delegates don’t have to choose Harris as of now. They remain unpledged until the DNC gives formal guidance on the nominating process, Indiana Democratic Party spokesperson Sam Barloga said.

  7. I doubt they will bother with the laws, they’ll do what they want…

  8. Yes… it’s true. But the left has never let the law stop them from doing whatever they want before. Why would they let it stop them now.

  9. Unlikely. When Biden dropped out, he had not yet been formally nominated; legally, the Democratic party did not have a presidential candidate at that time. There was no actual Democratic candidate for president until Harris was formally nominated a few days ago. If any states jumped the gun and had already printed ballots before the Democratic candidate was legally chosen, that’s their problem. But it’s unlikely that they would do so.
