8 killed, 31 shot

and all on the South Side, so the majority of the “vivtims” are black (I.E. of African descent)…..as are, likely, the perpetrators.

Several were one crowd arguing with another part of a crowd that led to someone shooting. One was a party. (Those victims were black).
