Based on GENDER,,,,are, apparently, OK, as long as the recipients are the RIGHT gender.
So it is OK to state that the “New” company will have a woman led board of directors, the majority of which MUST be women.
Isn’t that discrimination by gender? If discrimination is bad, then it is bad. Reverse discrimination is still discrimination. And announcing that one plans to discriminate would seem to me to be a conspiracy to do so….
How about folks who are neither “standard” or “Biological” gender???? Will there be an appropriate number of trans individuals on the board??
