Everyone with a phone and everything on the internet is tracked.
Apps just distill information in the way their designers want, with the obligatory back-door to the NSA, FBI, DIA, WHO, CCP or other 3-letter entity. Probably some longer names like BATFags.
Funny how it seems they all want to kill those that are not lock-step in their belief and are actively working to make that happen, like the DIA and Operation Warp Speed.
