Communism works nowhere it is applied….100% of the time.

Now we see a similar pattern…Cuba, once a major exporter of sugar, is now having to import sugar. 

Also, they are out of electrical power due to many breakdowns with their thermal power (steam) plants. (Note that it has improved from 24 hours without power to only 4 hours a day without power…..)
