If true, then it’s the person (his boss) on his mic giving the OK to shoot that’s to blame. This poor guy was doing his job … and as far as he knew, the shooter’s presence was OK. And it may have been if this was a set-up by the Dems.

Sounds fake. Why would the LEO jump on social media righ away? There would be a ton of paperwork, meetings and exhaustion after such an event. Fill out in the paperwork that you asked for permission to engage, were denied and then you can leak it till your heart’s content.
