Shirtless man wanted for assault with a deadly weapon leads Los Angeles police on a chase in a GOLF CART with a dog in his lap before he’s pulled over and arrested

(To be fair, at least some of them were decent to the dog as soon as the dude was in cuffs. But notice on or more cops were less than gentle to the pooch during the arrest)
