…It’s hard for the new generation to climb a rope… Having their I-Phones in one hand while climbing is a DEFINITE handicap…
Ya learned how to climb on school yard jungle gyms and ladder bars and you also learned to take a fall… so climbing rope and falling wasn’t that a big deal. Todays kids didn’t play on the same death defying whirly and springy playground equipment and tall jungle gyms and metal slides that would burn your hands and ass. It toughened us up and taught us to shake it off.
