Anjela Borisova Urumova, 20, pleaded guilty on Thursday to filing a false police report against 41-year-old Daniel Pierson, whom she accused of attempting to kidnap and rape her.
She gets charged with 7 misdemeanors.
She should be charged with a felony,, and serve time equal to the amount Mr. Pierson potentially faced.
Plus a spanking in public for her lies.
Indeed! The false reporter should serve the sentence that her victim would have… or DID serve!
I know a guy who was late for school one day. REALLY late for school. He was walking to school when he was noticed by a girl in the window of a house he passed. The girl thought her “boyfriend” had knocked her up. She saw this total stranger walking by and called the police, saying he had raped her. A man has NO defense against this, especially since our hero couldn’t even prove he DIDN’T KNOW the girl. He was tried, convicted, and imprisoned. EIGHTEEN MONTHS LATER the girl’s conscience go the best of her and she fessed up that she’d lied. Our hero was released from prison, but his life was ruined. And the girl? She wasn’t pregnant after all… I honestly don’t know what happened to her, but you can BET she didn’t spend eighteen months in jail!
