So, the Senate has (as expected) acquitted Donald J Trump of “Incitement to insurrection”. (which was a Bullshit charge…)
I expect that the vote was more or less along party lines. (have you ever noticed how the Dems almost always vote with their party?)
At least this travesty is over.
Seven RINOS, Romney leading the pack, crossed over. Spineless Mitch is tearing Trump apart, even though he voted to acquit. As far as it being done, I doubt it. Both parties are terrified of Trump 2024. They will probably try to keep him from being able to run in 2024. I am hopeful he runs third party. He will have my vote. Even if it means four more years of a democrat in the white house.
