and add penalties for non-payment. Then sue for interest on the penalties….just like the State and Fed IRS does…

One would think that the Lottery would be funded properly….but apparently, like the rest of the state’s finances, it is a giant Ponzi scheme….
I believe that if Ruby Ridge repeated itself today, the revolution would start wherever it was located in this time frame. I don't think people would just show up to protest but would show up armed and ready to defend the family against tyranny. Our government was a sad state of affairs back then and a repeat of such a standoff today would be an even sadder commentary about what our government has become since then.
