Penn Lawmaker wants to ban human shaped silhouette targets at target ranges.
Because apparently they have solved all the other human issues in Pennsylvania.
And, apparently, he thinks his wants and needs trump the Constitution or something.
People like this, no matter how well meaning, should be barred from ever holding an office beyond dogcatcher.
Nah, not qualified for dog catcher, maybe bullet catcher?
So will that ALSO apply to LEO training???
